Detailed Engineering

SOLENER TECHNOLOGIES designs high-precision technical solutions, ranging from network dimensioning (HTA/BT, transformer stations, hybrid PV production systems, batteries, emergency power generators) to the development of implementation plans and bills of quantities and estimates. This engineering work is based on topographical data and field surveys to ensure the feasibility, sustainability and energy efficiency of the planned structures.

Procurement

We assist project owners in preparing tender documents, analysing technical and financial bids, formulating award recommendations and drafting completion reports. SOLENER ensures compliance with donor procedures (World Bank, AfDB, IDB, BOAD, etc.) and local requirements and procedures, while promoting a rigorous selection process for contractors.
